I bought a brand new washer dryer for 3 reasons 1 I had a new baby on the way and wanted to use washable nappies 2 It takes up less space than seperate washer and dryer 3 having rented a washing machine for 7 years without any problems I presumed buying a machine would pay for itself in 2 years worth of saved rental and therafter it would be free! I purchased a Servis Washer Dryer in April 2003. I previously had a Hotpoint that had given me years of faithful washing and drying (and a lot of it I do too) but I was having a new kitchen fitted and decided to abandon my faithful Hotpoint and treat myself to a new machine. When I went into the store that I purchased it from, I very nearly bought another Hotpoint until the Sales person came over – as it happens I was stood next to the Servis machine that was on display and decided to ask the person about it.
