Two years ago I purchased a Whirlpool washing machine. It is good as far as washing machines go, but the worst thing about it was it only takes in hot water, on cycle 1 and cycle 2, which are very hot washes. As most washes today are done on cycle 3 and cycle 4 it seems to me to be false economy paying electricity to heat water in the machine, when the hot water in the tap is hot enough to go straight into the machine.
