When our old machine started to play up(it was 10 years old) we decided that it was no longer worth the repair bills so we replaced it with another whirlpool. The main reason for choosing whirlpool again was the fact that we have found it to be a reliable brand in the past. we decided to settle for the AWM5125/4which offered the range of programmes to suit us. I bought this machine less than a year ago, it is still under guarantee but during this time I have had nothing but stress from this machine. To start off with it takes 2.5 hours to do a full wash, it occasionally rips your clothes, and it has completely flooded my kitchen floor twice, to have any effect on your clothes you have to run the spin cycle twice, and so far the repairman has visited me 3 times. When it breaks down (again) I am going to take it to the local tip and smash it up and buy another machine, and that will defiantly not be another whirlpool. ... Read the complete review
