Advantages: Economical, Easy to Use, Simple Instructions

Disadvantages: Hard to fit Cables in Behind Sink, Warranty details required within 30 Days of Purchase, Information About Clagon In Instructions

After just moving into a new unfurnished flat I had the job of finding a washing machine that would benefit me by working within a tight budget and providing a quality wash. I decided to go round many shops looking at prices, finding exactly what I wanted until I came across this one. It was perfect.

This washing machine is at present one of the best buys I have ever come across. The instructions are very easy to follow and the wash results are unbelievable. The quick wash which the washing machine can perform is unbelievable with so far I have not had to put anything in for a second wash after using it and the other washes are more effective yet again. It also has a selectable spin cycle which ranges from as little as 400 rpm for delicates right up to 1400 rpm for most clothing. This actually means that when you take the washing out of the machine it is almost perfectly dry. Therefore not only is this washing machine energy efficient it also then takes less time to dry your clothing and if you use a tumble dryer takes no time at all.

Although sometimes some of the booklets can be annoying for advertising washing powders, etc. I have found that even the adverts are effective as they provide a water tester swab so you can determine how much detergent you will be required to use. With a dial in the washing machine you can set that as a reminder for yourself in the future or the other half.

The cycles that are covered by this machine are as follow:

Cotton 90° C
60° C
40° C
Synthetics 60° C
40° C
Delicates 40°
30° C
Wool
Cold Wash
Hand Wash
Gentle Spin
Drain
Daily 40° C
Rapid 30° C
Rinse and Spin
Spin

And unlike a lot of these turbo deluxe or whatever they might be called, you do not actually need a degree to fit it or to use it either. Other functions that can be controlled by
you are Pre-wash, Intensive rinse, Rinse Hold, Variable Spin, Easy Ironing and Eco.

The other great bit of help that I found to was that the washing machine had a little chart so that for example you have someone not too clued up on washing machines about, well they just look down one side for the selection they are attempting to wash, for example wool, then follow the chart along and it tells you what the maximum load to keep the machine effective would be, if you require to use softener, if you require a pre-wash and what function buttons you are required to press, even where to set the wash dial.

It has a set of lights across the top that tell you which stage of the wash the machine is at and even tells you when to open the door at the end of the wash.

It is my thorough recommendation to get this washing machine to anyone, I am extremely happy with it and am glad that we have chosen this one compared to the one we were originally going to choose. As if all above were not good enough, whirlpool also offer you an optional 8 year parts warranty for free.
