We bought one of these machines nearly two years ago. Since then it has proved itself to be a reliable and effective machine. It is fully automatic and is very easy to operate. The controls are simple and functional. It is capable of taking massive loads. We are a family of four and only do two loads a week. Being a top loader makes it physically easier to operate too. We did , however, have to get used to it as it operates in a different way to ordinary machines. Because the drum turns in a vertical plane, this means the water inside is moved around from bottom to top. This means that any lint or fluff doesn't get held in the water very well so it sometimes comes out on the clothes. With practise though, this can be eliminated. A long wash only takes eighteen minutes. The spin speed could do with being a little faster. Overall an excellent machine, once you get used to it, well worth the money.

Summary:
