Me and Zanussi, never again! (Zanussi FLS1185QW)

Disadvantages: Can't cope with the workload

I bought my first Zanussi 10 years ago, there was just the two of us, and it was a good machine. The arrival of children obviously tripled its workload, then within a year of mt first son being born, things started to go wrong, an excellent service team came to clean the manifold which was all gunged up with allsorts of rubbish, the problem occurred again, within a year and they replaced the manifold. However we decided a new one was in order about two years ago and went to showroom, focused on a Hotpoint as our Zanussi had not been that good under pressure. Salesman talked us out of it and suggested we had just had bad luck, so we bought another Zanussi - FL1085. Can you believe the manifold has gone again? After just two years, I am sure these machines are not intended for such a heavy workload, an average family creates at least two washes a day.
Sorry Zanussi, never again.
Further to this I though I would check out the Zanussi website, in the hope of contacting their customer services department. Unfortunately there was no email link.
