Zanussi after sales customer care will blame everything but a faulty machine!! (Zanussi ZWF16281)

Advantages: Fast Spin, Night wash facility

Disadvantages: Noise, Vibration , Cheap build and after sales customer care is non existant!!

Bought a zwf16281 after my last machine gave up after 13 years service. After some research this machine seemed to tick all the boxes - big load - fast spin - quiet - efficient. Unfortunately this machine has been an ongoing nightmare since day one! The machine is noisy and the vibration is a real problem.Phone Zanussi customer care and they blame everything but the machine! They say it is because I have a wooden floor, but my last machine sat in the same spot without a hint of vibration (I even got a builder in to stiffen the floor which made no difference).The Zanussi engineer has reluctantly agreed the machine is faulty and the drum is out of balance but Zanussi 'customer care' dont seem to care! I am finally getting a replacement machine after much grief.Dont bother with a Zanussi if you want after sales support!You have been warned!!

Summary: Dont bother with this one ... Buy a Bosch!!
