... bought this washer dryer in April 2004 and it has not let us down once! Touch wood, it carries on pleasing us and being the very helpful machine it has been. It looks good, it is handy to save space as it is a 2 in one machine (washer and dryer) it holds a fairly large amount and weight of clothes. You do have to be careful and remember to empty half of the washer in order to be able to use the dryer otherwise you end up with too many clothes to dry and the dryer can only cope with so much but that is just common sense (or so I was told by my other half!). I did a lot of research online before deciding on a washing machine that best fit my needs and decided on the Zanussi ZWF12070. I purchased the machine from John Lewis for around £229 which came with a 3 year parts and labor warranty. ... was delivered three days after ordering with the usual "can t say exactly when it will be delivered caveat" but arrived at about 2PM. The machine was quite straighforward to plumb in - only one water supply these days and quite easy to get going. The electric lead could be a bit longer though and I had to cut it and connect to another in order for it to reach where my previous Zanussi reached. The spin speed is 1600 rpm, which is enough for anyone and the clothes come out about as dry as they can be without hanging them up for a little while. Very impressed with this.
