The main draw for this watch is it's very simple design that's incredible stylish but not at all garish or pretentious. It has a black leather strap that fits so smoothly onto your wrist that you can barely notice it and arrives packaged in an Armani presentation box that you can store the watch in easily when you're not using it which is a very welcome touch.
The most important thing for me when buying a watch as expensive as this is reliability and thankfully so far there hasn't been any issues. I've had it slightly over half a year now and the watch remains accurate. The one issue is the current date display which inevitably gets out of kilter. I've found it best just to ignore it but to those who want it working, there is a way to fiddle with it to make it display the correct date as detailed in the instruction manual.
The transparent screen over the clock face is very sturdy and even though I've bumped and hit this watch on countless things it hasn't got a scratch on it. As is the leather strap, though I've put it on countless times it remains more or less like new.
At over £100 though, it's a lot of money for some one looking for just an ordinary everyday watch. Then again when paying less it's important to question what you'll get in terms of reliability and style. For what you pay here, you get a lot in return.
