If you are looking for a fashionable white watch, Breo Cube fits the bill. I received it as a gift on my birthday. I am more than happy with it. I received a sparkling white watch which looks fabulous on my wrist. It complements all that I wear. Moreover, it doesn't weigh too much. The weight of the watch is very important to me. While it appears to be durable, my only concern is that the white colour shouldn't fade away. It shouldn't lose its sheen and glitter. The watch is available in an eye-catching range of colours including pink, yellow, blue, black and orange. These watches actually make great gifts. I also like the packaging of the watches. It is attractive to say the least.
Having loved my first Breo watch it is very basic although colourful and i really wanted the more updated version being the Breo cube watch. Breo cute watch looks plain but has a stylish look to it. I bought the Breo cube watch from Amazon uk and cost £40 with free postage. I could have purchased the watch direct from the Breo website but the colour i wanted was out of stock. The colours are very vivid , you can choose hot pink, blue, aqua, yellow , orange and green. I chose the hot pink one. Breo cube watch comes in a lovely hot pink cube box that's made from hard plastic, it has the Breo brand on the box and comes with instructions and a two years guarantee. The watch is unisex however i know my husband would not want my hot pink watch. The watch strap is made from soft silicone rubber and has a plastic face. The strap has a normal fastener and there is enough holes in the strap, i have smallish wrists and it fits me fine. Although the face is made from plastic the back is stainless steal. I love the face because it does look like a cube in shape and raised off the watch so it sticks out. Mines has the pink face as well and the numbers also blend in being pink this makes the watch difficult to read going by the numbers but you can still tell the time by the directions the hands point in. These hands are white and stand out also. It does run on batteries and setting this watch is easy with the turning knob at the side clicks out and easy to turn. I do love this watch, its comfortable to ware on my wrist and very light. It is fully waterproof up to 50 meters so i can even ware it swimming, having a bath, doing dishes etc. Its different and stylish, i recommend the Breo cube watch.
Over the last few years, chunky retro watches like this Breo Cube have really come back into fashion with the likes of JLS and the Black Eyed Peas parading them on their wrists. They're fun, and bright, simplistic watches (usually made of rubber and plastic) which are relatively inexpensive and go with a variety of outfits. They're unisex, too, which means ladies, you can 'borrow' your blokes / brothers / mates watch when you want to make a style statement! The Breo Cube watch is available at Amazon for a reasonable £44.99. It's a pure white watch with white face with high visibility hands. It is minimal in design however it does have a date window. It has a stainless steel rather than white plastic buckle, which is a lot more hard wearing. I found it to be a good fit even on my thin wrists but it fits my husband, too, so I would say the sizing is unisex also. The watch looks great with sports gear, jeans and t-shirt, even a tea dress - it gives any outfit a funky edge. It's great for the gym as it's waterproof, you can even use it on the beach and in the pool as it's safe up to 30 metres. It's not a watch that you need to be extra careful with - it's a great every day watch that is fresh and funky. I love it - though I appreciate it's probably more appealing to the younger market, I can't imagine my mum wearing it! It's not one I'd wear to a wedding of course, but it's a great watch nevertheless. The Cube watch would make a great gift as it's just that bit different (most of the coloured watches I have seen have been round) and I'm happy to wear mine as I get loads of compliments on it! The watch's specifications are as follows (abridged from Amazon) Brand: Breo Model Number: B-TI-CUB8 Item Shape: Square Crystal material: Plastic Display Type: Analogue Clasp: Buckle Case Material: Plastic Case Thickness: 8 millimetres Band Material: Plastic Band Width: 29 millimetres Band color: White Dial Colour: White Calendar: Date Movement: Quartz Water pressure resistance: 3 bar Water Resistant Depth: 30 metres Overall I highly recommend the Breo Cube Watch in white, as it's just so cool, as well as being well made with clear and easy to read hands, a calendar date window, and with it being waterproof. A practical fashion watch. The Breo Cube Watch comes with a one year manufacturer's warranty as standard (no matter which retailer you purchase it from). I have seen it at £55 on the high street so my recommendation would be to purchase it from Amazon or any online retailer at which you can find a decent discount on the high street high end shops. Five out of five for this retro timepiece!
If you are a heavy user of the Amazon online shopping website you are likely to have stumbled across one or two of the Breo watches in your time. Breo are well known for their range of watches, catering for a wide range of budgets and requirements that generally end in the purchase of a brightly coloured timepiece. All Breo watches stand out due to their eccentric colour combinations. My Breo Cube watch is predominently a bright and cool blue, with shocking pink detail and white hands. Each of the colours in the Cube range are bright and daring, even the black and white options have bright colour accents to them in the detailing. it is safe to say that if you don't wish to stand out then the Breo brand is worth avoiding! The case is of a cube shape (hence the name) and the face of the watch is finished nicely with embossed hour numbers at 12,3,6 and 9. The design is very minimalist, which appeals to me. The injection of colour works very well, with the date function carrying a band of bright colour. I think the features on this watch are acceptable, with the date function being able to add colour to the design. Costing around £45 it isn't the cheapest watch around, but it does look very good and can be bought in 6 different colour options. The quality of the plastic watch casing and strap are up to scratch and has lasted me many months of use. The look of the watch now gives me the impression it will last a number of years. The buckle feels sturdy and I have never had any concerns over durability. Those owning the budget Breo watches may be sceptical about spending £45 on one of their timepieces, but I wouldn't encourage that impression. The quality of the Breo Cube is certainly of a higher standard than some watches in this price range and the fun and colourful design will appeal to all sorts of people. Overall I have got to say that the Breo Cube isn't the watch for those looking for something subtle, and the bold and chunky design will stand out whatever you wear. For young and bold people I would say this is a young watch and fun enough to wear on all occassions.
I love Breo watches, I have at least one of pretty much all of them, and while this may seem like one of the most simple ones, it's definitely one of the best going, if it is a little pricy. The great thing about this watch is that it is just wonderful to look at. It literally looks like a minimalist piece of artwork that you can wear on your wrist. Unlike a couple of other Breo watches, I have found no problem with it's actual time telling (some Breo watches are just too slow or too fast making them unusable). I also found this watch particularly comfortable and it didn't twist around on my wrist which is what I find the most annoying thing with any watch I ever buy. One slight problem I do have with this watch is - like most Breo watches - it doesn't have a light so it's quite annoying when trying to tell the time at night, but not a lot of people wear a watch to bed so it doesn't seem like too big a problem. All in all, I think this is a great watch and I definitely recommend.
I seem to go through watches like winter coats, I had three last year! The first one of this year is yet again another Breo brought for me by my fiancé and I must admit he doesn't do to bad choosing them on his own. Breo watches are a little bit fun with their style and vibrant colours. They maybe don't tend to be the watch you would wear out to a posh restaurant but they are great for casual wear and give you great comfort. A Breo watch is not one that people won't notice you wearing. I have found numerous people notice and comment on my Breo watches. The latest one to my collection is the Breo Cube watch. Breo call it the watch of three equals, design, colour and style. My watch is white I seem to really like white watches although I will admit they don't stay as clean as you would like. Breo have added a little splash of colour to the white one with a pink hour hand compared to the other black hands, also Breo is written in pink on the watch face and the date window is in pink in comparison to the actually black numbers in the window. I like the added bit of pink to it, it makes it that bit more interesting. This is certainly a fashion watch to wear and is quite minimal. As you would imagine from the name of the watch it is square shape and is on the rather large size for a watch. The watch face is about 4cms by 4cms and the strap is about 2cms wide. When I first put it on my wrist it did feel a little on the large side but I have soon got used to it. It isn't too heavy for your wrist at 40g but you do notice it is on. Like a lot of Breo watches it is made from plastic but never the less still has a soft flexible feel to it when you put it on your wrist. The cube watch has a buckle for its clasp making it easy to fasten. It has ten fastening holes making it suitable for all shaped wrists. I have mine on the second from tightest as I have small wrists. There are two strap loops to push the strap through and hold in place once fastened. The watch comes with three hands, the seconds hand is a little strange as it is the full width of the watch. There is also as mentioned before a date window which is great apart from with an analogue watch you have to remember to chance it when the month only has 30 days in it rather than 31 but you get that with all analogue watches. To change the date there is a small round silver piece you pull out. As you pull it out you feel it click. Pull it out on one click and the date dial moves round. To change the actual time you pull it out on two clicks and the hands move to change the time. I found it very simple to use. One of the things about Breo watches is they are all nearly water resistant and this one is no different. It has a water resistance depth of 30 metres. Now unfortunately I will have to take the manufacturers word on this as I rarely go swimming and if I did I wouldn't wear a watch, just a habit. The Breo cube watch is like most over Breo watches available in a range of colours. The cube is available in six colours which are very bright we have pink, yellow, blue, orange, black and of course white. I do personally prefer white I don't think I am quite brave enough for some of the really bright colours such as pink or yellow! The cube watch comes in a very nice cube box to keep it in. I am really impressed with the packaging. My other two Breo watches haven't come in as nice a packaging as this one. It would make an excellent gift. Looking on their website it seems the colour of the cube box matches the colour of the watch. So as you would expect my box is white with Breo time printed on the top of it. My fiancé and I have bought off the official Breo website and found it easy to use and have always received the item a day or two later. We have never had to wait too long. The Breo watch is sold with a year's manufacturer's warranty. This watch isn't at the cheap price end of watches but for what you get I think it is fairly cheap. You get a cool minimal watch that looks fantastic. It will cost you £45 and can be purchased from the official website or you can get it at the same price from Amazon.
