I have always been quite a fan of Diesel when it comes to watches. I feel a lot of their watches look great and are more of a fashion statement than anything else, but if this is what you are after then they are great! I have had this watch for around a year and I love it. I opted for the black strap as it wouldn't get as dirty and the strap is still in pretty good position. The strap is made of real leather so is of good quality as with the rest of the watch.
This Quartz watch displays digital time and also has an alarm clock and stopwatch on it, so it's quite multi-functional. The display does light up well at the touch of a button - ideal for when it's dark. The watch face has a metallic surrounding and a few lines separating different parts of it, which I feel is quite unique.
At the top you will find the date, which includes the day of the week along with date and month. The middle section, which appears to be the largest displays the time and you also have seconds in the bottom right corner. Another section comes into use when you are scrolling through the modes. There is a Diesel logo on the lower portion of the metallic surrounding so you can tell the brand quite easily and quickly! It has a very simple but unique look.
The watch has excellent time keeping. I have set it to some really accurate clocks that you cannot fault such as when I visited Greenwich where GMT originates. It has kept amazing time since then and this encourages me to believe Diesel don't just make stylish watches, but quality accurate ones too. I find the watch really easy to use with a couple of large buttons on the sides. The time is easy to read as it's quite large and bang in the centre of the face.
The alarm on the watch is pretty good but could be louder. I have woken up to it previously when I forgot to charge my phone so decided to try the watch out, but it wasn't the most alarming alarm clock! The stopwatch is good and a useful addition to the watch - very accurate too. I'd say this watch was for formal and casual occasions but I wouldn't go wearing it to the beach or anything as it'd just get ruined.
The RRP is at around £100 but you can find it for more or less £60-70 now, which is a pretty good price to pay for this decent and stylish watch. It is actually uni-sex too apparently but I'd certainly rather imagine this one on a guy than girl.
