My lovely boyfriend bought me this for my birthday last year. It is, in a word, versatile - nice enough for evenings but fine for daytime too, a little bit unique, and functional.

The watch comes packaged in a Fossil box, which itself is pretty gorgeous. The watch itself has a square face with rounded edges. Unlike the one in the picture, mine has a light pinkish-coloured face. It has a little pink on the side for changing the time.

The bracelet is the unique part of this watch. The links are different-sized squares, which are connected in an irregular way. Removing links is the easiest thing in the world - they just unclip, like the main clasp. The links look lovely, but I have noticed that occasionally they dig into my wrist a little because of the irregular shape of the bracelet. However, this is really only a minor concern and does not stop me wearing it. The watch, unlike others that I've owned, stays shut so there is no danger of losing it.

A final negative point is the lack of a date function. This doesn't upset me too much, but it may be a consideration of some importance for some ladies.

Despite these negatives, my experience with this watch has been excellent. For the price, I don't think you could do much better, personally - but only if you're the kind of person who's comfortable breaking the mould just a little. The battery has lasted well and the watch is even water resistant.
