The K1m is a great watch. I have had many watches and most of them broke due to my hectic lifestyle. I wanted a nice surf watch that would not break much. I ordered this one off the kahuna website (www.kahuna-uk.com). It is £29.95 with a velcro strap which is much better than metal for me as my last metal one snapped! The blue display and case are nicely designed. The time keeps well and I have not had to change it for ages. The glass has not scratched with mine and only needs rub with your sleeve to get it sparkling again! I bought a Kahuna K1 about a year ago now and its the worst watch i have ever owned, within about 2 months the battery came out of its holder and the watch for obvious reasons stopped, i took it back to the shop and they sorted it out. The hands are wobbly and it doesnt keep time very well. When the battery did go flat i decided to change it myself, on opening the back i was shocked to find out that this "chunky action watch" has one of the cheapest and smallest mechs i have ever seen, there is absolutly nothing to hold the battery in (now i know why mine fell out) its a steel shell with a tiny bit in the middle that does the work and i feel well robbed, for an ...
