What an excellent service they provide!
I was reluctant to have a local jeweller replace the battery in case they failed to reseal it properly (I wear it for sailing).
I emailed Storm and they quoted £3.50 to check what needed doing - in case it wasn't the battery - and 2-3 weeks.
I sent it registered post costing £3.80.
And THREE working days later it returned by registered post and no further charge.
How do they afford to do it - and so fast.
