This particular watch from Swatch falls into the skin range of watches that they have produced, it is a stylish rather unique little time piece however it is one that will not be to everyones taste and I must admit I ummed and arrred a bit before buying it however the fact that I was able to get it for only £22 on e-bay was the reason I went for it as that is over half it's normal retail price and over time (pun not intended) it has grown on me.

Like all Swatch watches it is a reliable battery operated time piece, I have had it for 18 months now and the first set of batteries are still going strong. The design combines opaque and dark sections with crystals as well.

The strap is very slender and feminine and is made up of metal links, it looks rather delicate but is well made and robust and also surprisingly comfortable to wear. It is a functional but stylish bracelet style strap.

The watch face itself is a quirky design that at first looked a bit cheap and tacky but has actually grown on me, it has a clear plastic casing with arrangements of light and dark crystals at either end of the strap, the face of the watch is a circle of brushed silver surrounded by a darker band. It is a cool very simple design that does work really well.

There are no numbers on the watch face which will not be to everyone's taste and the minute and hour hands are a reflective silver colour. Overall this is a Swatch that probably divides opinion, some of my friends love it but others are not so keen, personally if I had not got a cheap price I would probably not have gone for it but now I have it I'm glad.
