Advantages: They look good and are very appealing

Disadvantages: The watches are badly made dont keep to time and the straps break

There is something fantastic about Swatch watches but also very cheap.
Why are they priced so expensive as they feel cheap and aren't that well-made as far as I can tell.
Saying that I used to love Swatch watches it would always be on holiday in a different country that we would stumble across the Swatch shop and for reasons I cant explain I would end up buying one.
In my experience I have found them to be very expensive and do not give value for money A Swatch watch that costs you 60 pounds in Argos could cost 25 for a better quality watch.
The build quality I feel is quite low as I have had a number of problems with the time mechanism failing and a replacement watch being issued also the batteries never last the year, which I should complain about but after 6 months and the receipt nowhere to be found I usually give up and buy a new battery. Its all about taste and people are all different but I was really not happy with the last Swatch watch I purchased and it seems that the build quality is pretty much the same in all there watches

The timing doesn't stay correct from day to day
The straps break
My wife watch has some coloured stones within the face piece they fell out in the first few weeks on owning the watch.
The batteries don't last very long


You cant fault the customer service I received from staff when I approached Swatch to say there are issues but I would rather have a watch that was reliable and did what it says on the box.
This is the first bad review on Doo yoo I have made but it does feel necessary as there is something that pulls us into Swatch shops and we end up purchasing a load of rubbish I cant recommend this product to anyone and suggest that we all stay well clear
