Like many watches, after reading the instructions things still make very little sense. Press and hold for 5 seconds whilst tilting your head to one side... This is a nice looking watch, especially for the price. Despite the confusing set up and the fact if you are unlucky it will beep every hour on the hour, it is fairly decent. It has the usual functions such as stop watch and alarm, and has a nice light up option for when its dark. My main attraction to this watch was that it was quite sleek looking. The watch has a very thin profile which means it sits snugly against the wrist. The strap is very smooth, and looking the part of a more expensive watch. On the downside whilst it is easy to decrease the strap size, it isn't that large by default. There is the option of sending the watch off to get some extra links put in free of charge, but this is a lot of trouble, so avoid this if you have larger wrists. The other downside regarding the strap is that it seems to be a magnet for dirt. This wont show up unless you stretch the strap to remove the watch, but between all the links a good measure of filth manages to stow away, so a clean with a small stiff brush once a month is recommended. My watch didn't like up to the water proof promise. After a swim in the pool it steamed up for the following week, so whilst it's fine in the shower I wouldn't recommend submerging the watch.
