... it very breathable when you are wearing it and you don't get too sweaty when working out. The watch is waterproof to 100m, however the deepest that I have ever been with it is 3.5m so I have never had chance to properly test this claim fully. The five buttons on the watch control various functions:
Central Button: Is used to start/stop/lap the timer.
Bottom Left: Scans through the modes.
Top Left: Hold down to set time/timers/recall lap times.
Bottom Right: Press to stop timer, hold to reset timers.

I have owned this Timex Ironman Watch for 3 years now since I bought it from new off eBay for £39.99. The RRP is about £60 so I am glad I got a good price. This watch is a sports watch and so is designed to be comfortable to wear and useful to use during training. The actual watch piece is 4cm x 4cm with a screen that is 1.8cm x 2.6cm. It has a nice shiny metal finish around the screen that is then surrounded by plastic buttons. The strap is black and is made out of a very flexible resin material.
