The camera comes with a good comprehensive help section that answers many of the possible issues that could cause problems.
We use this camera on 10 Meg broadband lines and find the picture quality to be of a high standard and the audio quality to be very good as well.

I use the HP Elite Autofocus Web-cam at work and this product is our web-cam of choice issued to all staff that work remotely which is nearly two thousand people. We use a video conferencing system from Microsoft a bit like Skype and MSN but designed around the business user. This camera is a premium product and works great on our broadband lines. The camera comes with its own driver CD but I have found that XP and Vista and I'm sure Windows 7 would recognises the new device that is plugged in to a USB socket and would automatically install the correct drivers.
