Very good camera (Kodak DC 240)

I have just purchased this camera for a car-dealer client, so that he can place car photos on his web site. I had told him that for his purposes, these new sub £100 units would suffice, but if he bought a semi-decent one, he could make better use of it.

It took quite a while to find out detailed information about cameras in his price range, but in the end, there seemed to be only one choice.

The package, to me, is a very important part of the purchase. The Kodak comes with a charger, 4 rechargeable batteries, and 4 duracell ones. Leads for USB, Serial and TV connection, and plenty of software. An excellent deal. And all for £275.

The machine is absolutely first class, and for the price, untouchable. The pictures are high quality and download fast using USB. The unit is nice to hold, like a real camera, and the zoom works really well.

The only slight fault, is that the picture window is exactly where I want to put my thumb, when using the viewfinder.

I am seriously considering buying one for myself now!! Oh, and by the way, I bought it from dabs, and they offer and excellent service. See other review!!
