The Camera from hell? Well from Logitech... (Logitech Quickcam Web)

Advantages: Good performer, easy to use, software good

Disadvantages: Bad Support, loses focus with age, small resolution

I happily bought my Logitech Quickcam web last year, and easily got to work on it.
It was ok, although the vision was slightly blurred at times. I made videos and pictures and so on, but soon i noticed how the cameras display become more and more fuzzy. We Called logitech and they told us that it needed cleaning so....we did as they told us.
So great, our fun little web cam would be fine again....unless of course the technical suport man you spoke to, 'accidentally' told you wrong instructions on cleaning it and it gets worse. SO then we were left with a blurry camera that no longer was very effective and logitech saying that our warrenty ran out and that there support man had not give us false cleaning instructions...

Personally im annoyed. The camera started well, but it seemed to lose quality the onger you had it. But im also annoyed with Logitechs' very Unlogical Technial support. It depends if you want to risk this little camera. It performs well, unless you get one with a fault - then god help you!!
