I have owned four of these webcams and on all 4 units the microphone has stopped working, after 9 months I have given up and I'm now looking for somthing else. My supplier is adamant that I'm the only person who has suffered this fault as far as they are aware, however if you know different then lets name and shame. As a brand leader in the webcam market I expected Logitech to do more than just replace unit after unit.
