Advantages: it is free and plug and play

Disadvantages: you need to have some javascript knowledge

Surfing the net I came across to a free RSS HTML JavaScript Reader by www.readxml.com. I tried on http://www.topbazar.net/whatiswifi.php under the heading : "wifi news" and a new world of feeds appeared! Fantastic !
I am happy with this tool as it works like a dream. The page is automatically updated on-the-fly, easily spidered by search engine robots, and easy to implement.
In the past, I looked at some other tools like : RSS2HTML but it was too difficult to install and the instructions weren't really user friendly.

Summary: Free RSS feed reader XML parser !
