      A truly wonderful drink

      An absolutely delicious drink.

The flavour is the first thing to note - delicately sweet and spicy with the kick that would be expected from 15% alcohol - not too strong to enjoy the taste but still a fairly strong drink.

Tastes wonderful on its own or can be mixed with lemonade for an equally tasty treat. The perfect drink on a summer day with lemonade, ice & a slice of lemon. Very easy to drink like this and you could almost forget that it is alcoholic - it just goes down so easily!

This is my favourite brand of vermouth - I find some other brands can be quite bitter but Cinzano is beautifully sweet.

The price is another bonus! At just under a fiver for 75cl it won't break the bank and a little can go a long way, especially when mixed - it makes a very good cocktail ingredient as the flavour is quite subtle so it won't overpower any of the other flavours.

Pale yellow in colour. Sweet, fragrant, full and harmonious. The herbs which dominate are artemesia, gentian root, clove, and cinnamon mixed with notes of agrumes.
