I am curently supporting a huge head ache and the thing that caused it was this Hardy's white wine. Some may think this was self inflicted but my arm is easily twisted and the wines tasted so nice it was a good idea at the time. A had a little family get together yesterday evening so wine was a must, after walking the wine selection is adsa I found this Hardy's crest on the buy three for 12.00 offer. this was a brilliant buy as it usually costs 5.49 a bottle. The wine itself is an Australian white wine, which has a crisp taste which is slightly fruity and a bitterish after taste. I would class this as a medium wine which can be consumed with all kinds of meals and it will complement them well. We found that we got three and a half normal 125ml glasses of wine from each bottle, so as you can imagine with the eight of us we managed to drink our way through eleven bottles in no time. This was a lovely wine that went weel with the beef dinner we ate, I would recommend this white wine for dinner parties or to drink on a regular basis. Yes this wine has provided me with a massive hangover, but it was worth it as we all made a brilliant evening.

A good crisp white wine with a touch of cream!!!

This is another one of those wines which is usually available in ASDA in the 3 for £10 range which is quite a saving as it often retails at over £5.50 a bottle on its own. This is one of the many wines which comes from the Hardy Vineyard in Australia. This wine has a fairly standard alcohol contents for a white wine at 12.5%. I find that the taste of this wine improves as it warms up so it doesn't pay to really chill the wine as much as you would some other white wines. The taste of this wine is initially very citrus, with hints of melon and pineapple but this changes as you drink it and you are left with almost a creamy taste - I really like this, which is quite surprising coming from someone who doesn't actually like dairy products. Overall I would clasify this as quite a dry wine and is a great wine to go with a meal or to drink in the garden now we have some sunny days This wine comes with a screw top lid so you don't have to worry about find the bottle opener. I know some wil say that you can't really have decent wine with a screw top lid but personally if the wine tastes good I don't really mind how its sealed.
