This is the upgrade of the original Apple Airport, and is much more powerful. Why Buy It? I bought it mainly for the computer, I had never used a wireless router before but had heard they were very good and efficient. But another big reason we bought it was because we have an iPhone, so it would allow us access to the internet on it. Other reasons to buy it would be if you have a laptop/s then they can be connected to the internet wirelessly (as long as they meet system requirements, see below.) 	Belkin N Wireless Router ... is my first router after my great Netgear one. I bought this router because it was made by Belkin, a respected manufacturer, and because it had all the features I am looking for. It looks nice, sleek and shiny. The set up is fairly easy, but it didn t work at first because it couldn t connect to my broadband, but this was easily solved by the Belkin Support team. You can easily manage this router using the web based control panel. From the control panel you can change all the settings as well as reboot or update the router software. 	Netgear WG602 ... had this router for well over two years and in that time it worked brilliantly. It is easy to set up, you just plug it in then use your web browser to go to the control panel, not installation or software is needed. You can manage the many settings inside the control panel. You can change all the huge amount of features such as security, encryption, two firewalls and many more features. You can easily use this router for home servers using port forwarding and it is really easily to accomplish simple tasks using the managment interface.
