marln04 Linksys Wireless-G ADSL Gateway w/ Speedbooster WAG54GS
... purchased this wireless router in December 2006 because I was fed up with a network cable running from my old router to our office upstairs. I spent some time researching different models and decided to go for the Linksys Wireless-G ADSL (WAG54GS). I was informed by a work colleague that they are produced by Cisco Systems and as they are well known in the IT world I thought I would give this model a try. Of course it did help that it was on special offer for Ģ54.99 and the wireless USB network adapter was free as part of the offer. The installation of the router was fairly easy apart from my understanding of the different types of security levels that are available, adv...

Carbon Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Networking Adapter
... use this for my Xbox 360 because it is simple, quick and designed especially for the Xbox 360, as an official product. It is really easy to setup, in fact you donīt need to do anything to get it working unless you have some really secure internet. You fix a small box onto the back of your Xbox 360. It clips in at either side and you use the small wire with the USB slot to fix it into the perfectly located hole in the back of your Xbox 360. It all fits in very snugly and looks good. It is very small so doesnīt take up any space and it is very compact. It looks good on the back of your Xbox 360 too. The green light will signal that it is on and working - connected to the...

deadreckoning Belkin 54g Wireless Cable/DSL Gateway Router
... have installed several Wireless networks for clients and my own with this device, i am unhappy to say that the majority have had issues with this router. The biggest issue centered around the wireless signal suddenly dropping and then not successfully being restarted, this problem was not solved by firmware updates or changing the settings. The second major issues affected people who happened to have xbox consoles attached to Xbox live. Whenever it was being played both the wired and the wireless networks went down, this is i believe due to the router not being able to route the requests effectively from the local network to the internet due to the ammount sent by th...
