I took this product along to a client with Cable broadband on xphome laptop. I anticipated problems, as I always do with Microsoft software and other stuff.

First, I tried to establish a link between this Router and the Laptop. After 3 frustrating hours I decided to give up.

No help from Asustek. They didn't even bother to answer the tech support phone. I waited for 17 minutes for someone at Asustek to talk to me. That's 17 times 5p. This is truly disgusting.

The problem with this device is that it is possible to access the Router via INternet Browser on 192.168.1.1 and to change the settings but the Quick Setup function doesn't work at all.

The software that came with this Router can't even find the device, even though I can see it via its IP address.
