I bought the Belkin N1 Wireless USB Adapter about 6 months ago after finally getting tired of the prehistoric wireless USB adapter I had.

Instantly I saw a difference, simple thing really like my internet connection in my room would find the router (2 rooms away) and hold the connection without losing it for no reason what so ever.

I opted for the N1 range as it according to the box it is the best one they sell.

It's simple to install, just plug it in and if you have an up-to-date computer then the drivers will be found automatically, but if for some reason they are not then there is an install CD that comes with the product. Make sure you remember your network key/password for your internet if it's protected because you will have to set it again.

Once installed you can opt to have either the windows wireless manager still being the main software or the Belkin software. I personally use the Belkin software because it's easier to use and the interface is more user friendly. The install wizard will take you through it all so there are no menus and sub menus to find to change the settings.
