Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router WRT54G ... Linksys Wireless-G WRT54G Broadband Router is a great little device which offers the security of a more complex expensive router. The interface is so easy to manage, even if you are a novice you will soon be able to setup firewall rules, configured the wireless connection. With the wireless setup you can add rules to only allow machines with the MAC addresses you specify, this adds another level of security. Obviously as you would expect it acts as a hardware firewall, you can configure protocol access and redirect these using NAT. It is easy to backup your config and restore it back if you need. In all there time I had this router it has been very stable, I rare... Read the full review: Excellent Router! by pcharles82 |

Linksys Wireless-N ADSL2+ Gateway WAG160N ... chances are that if you re reading this, you ve either using and know what a Modem Router is, or you ve at least heard about them. You re probably thinking the same thing I did: Don t you usually get a free wireless router from your Internet Service Provider? I... Netgear DG834G 54 Mbps Wireless ADSL Firewall Router ... Netgear DG834G would be my first router ever and I have gone through about 3 of them mainly because they became out of date and my family didn t exactly give it enough respect. There is about 5 versions of this type and all of them work perfectly fine. This nifty device offer 4 wired LAN devices to be conneced like any other typical home router and also has a wireless connection which offers b and g band wirelles. So you can use a wireless adapter for this router providing it either supports B or G; A or N isn t supported. I d recommend G because it s faster than B. This router has also got a built in modem and is only for people on DSL; cable users can t use this mo... Read the full review: Netgear put great gears in to security! by Mattster2k9 |
