The Typhoon USB ADAPTER is an 802.11b compliant wireless USB Adapter, which is designed for desktop and laptop computer users. It operates in 2.4GHz by using the Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS) technology with speed up to 11Mbps. This device was designed to promote interoperability in the indoor market place. Two basic infrastructure models for wireless setups, Ad-Hoc and Access Point, are supported in this device.
