The storyline in this game is always present and is a very clear one too: This game is about a bunch of misfits from the army, who basically haven't a clue and have generally shown poor behaviour throughout the career. They were put into B company (bad company) where most of its members get killed in a short space of time.

From the very start of this game, it was funny. It seemed like more of a laid back, chill out, have a bid of fun, and just get the job done sort of game. If you compare that to CoD... it has none of those things. There are constant running jokes about truckasuarus rex (a monster truck) and killing each other by "accident"...

The gameplay is more realistic than cod in the sense that you can blow up houses to gain access (better physics) and then theres the weapons, they have a very long range, they don't have stupid made up names for attachments and you can get more realistic explosions from things like petrol barrels.

The audio quality is very good, i have to commend the gunfire noises in particular. Well timed and very realistic. Voices are of good quality, no bad acting what so ever, i have never experienced any glitched audio or voices throughout the game. The only thing i can't say is good audio is the drivable trucks and tanks, the noise sounds too soft. These are trucks with massive engines rolling over rocky terrain and they just sound like canal boatd running on idle.

Achievements and difficulty are an issue. A great deal of the achievements are online and will take time. One for instance is to get 10 002 kills. That takes some serious grinding to get done. The difficulty can be set to easy normal or hard. Note that you wont get the normal achievement for doing it on hard so you have to play through this game twice. 1000 pointing it is out of the question unless you have several weeks spare.

Longevity of the game is very good, if anything a little dragged out. Each mission takes a very long time to complete because the maps are huge and there are so many things you need to do to reach your final objective and when you think you've just finished it, you re group and oh whats that? yet another radio call to go off and kill the exact same enemies you just killed.

Overall a fun and enjoyable game but at times, makes you just want to rage quit and bypass certain parts of the game altogether.
