Advantages: Realism of the game is outstanding

Disadvantages: Can be a bit repetitive

Colin McRae dirt is arguably one of the best games in the series. It brings new angles to the game with many game modes. Ranging from buggie races to truck races. There is a great amount of diversity in the game suiting every players driving style. The damage to the cars comes across as being reasonably realistic but not over the top which is great.

In the single career mode you work your way up different levels till you reach the top, each level increasing with difficulty and speed. The many races you can do offer great diversity whilst keeping the true spirit of the game alive. The graphics from the game have been improved increasing the realism of the game. The only downside is that the game can get a little repetitive but as the speed of the cars increase you are less likely to notice.

Overal this is a great game with few flaws. If you want a fast paced racing game this is the game for you. The many types of races are guaranteed to match every players needs.

Summary: Good game could be improved but still a great buy
