Dead Or Alive Extreme 2 is a mini game filled spin off for the Microsoft Xbox360 games console.
If you think that this game is a fighting game, you will be sad to be informed that it is most definitely not.
In this game you can play as one of the girls from Dead Or Alive, you can play minigames like volleyball, this is probably the best one, jet skis, tugs of war and things like that.
None of these games are that enjoyable, and the gameplay is repetitive and just not that interesting.
This game is more about just staring at the ladies and the incredible breast physics that have been created for this so called game.
Unless you like staring at the virtual ladies then do not buy this game as you are in for only disappointment.
You can buy this so called game for around £20.00 but I recommend you give this one a miss.
To be honest my other half showed more interest in this game than I did mind you even then he did not want to play the game just stare with a rather worrying look on his face. On that basis I would only recommend the game as a rental as the gameplay is not great and you will oon bore of it after a few hours play, that is unless you are male with the mental age of a 13 year old or you are just 13 and normal.
The action takes place on New Zack Island (the background to this is explained in an opening intro which is very silly) and before arriving you need to decide which character you will be. Pretty much all of the characters from previous versions are available and they are still as well designed as ever with life like movements even if the body measurements are a bit too perfect. It is enough to sed a girl straight to the plastic surgeons.
As ever as you treck about the island there is the opportunity to challenge other girls to a game of beach volleyball or a jet ski race. There is a SIMs quality to this game as you interact with other characters it is not just about the challenges and this adds a nice dimension but unfortunately soon becomes boring and predictable.
There are a number of other mini beach games to unlock as well and the funniest of these is the butt contest where girls stand on a floating platform and use their bums to try and knock the other into the water, funny at first but it soon loses its appeal and humour.
The main problem with this game is the total lack of depth, visually it is well animated and the scenery is good but there is no real challenge and the beach volleyball games suffer from a bad camera angle which makes predicting where the ball is going to go almost impossible at times.
My advice is rent don't buy.
