Basically when a movie comes out, do not buy the video game that follows it. This is a prime example. The graphics are poor to average, unacceptable given the Xbox's capabilities, I mean they have even made Jessica Alba look unattractive and that is no mean feat, and the whole storyline is pretty poor. The game becomes pretty repetitive with your enemies looking pretty similar the whole way through the game which can lead to losing interest in the game. Another major issue is the camera angle of the game play, which at times goes crazy and you end up having probably the worst possible angle and this becomes especially irritating especially when reaching a more difficult part of the game. Overall, please stay well clear of this game because apart from the novelty of playing as one of the Fantastic Four, this game doesn't really have much more to offer!
I always get a bit apprehensive when a movie-tie in game comes out (they are notoriously bad) and I certainly was when I bought this. The movie-tie in curse didn't lift with this game, it's as bad as the others.
I managed to purchase this game for £5 in an online site sale, and even though I only payed £5 for it, I couldn't bring myself to get through the game because it was that bad!
The controls are awkward and unresponsive, the game is VERY repetitive (run into a room, fight, run into the next room, fight etc. etc.) and all the enemies are pretty much the same, this makes for a boring, monotonous game. The graphics aren't bad, but they certainly don't push the console by any means.
I strongly suggest you avoid this game, unless you want the extra achievement points (which are all hell to get because you'll find it hard to play through this game)
