Forza Mottrsport 2: Incredible realistic racing game (Forza Motorsport 2 (Xbox 360))

I am not usually a big fan of racing games but I loved this one.

The graphics are absolutly fenomenal and the gameplay is so realistic. Just like in an actual car you are able to feel the understeer build up in a corner and mastering the game is all about finding the excellent balance of pushing the car to the limit without skidding off the track.
The variety of cars is absolutly huge and a nice touch is having them assembled by country of origin making it very organised and very simple to buy the car you want. There is a huge range and I think somewhere in teh region of over 200 cars and thats not taking into account the fact you can upgrade and personalise each one.
There no storyline: just races and cups to compete in. Natrually they start off very easy but grow in difficulty; with the prises going up proportionally. The difficulty is vastly in you hands however with many factors you can change such as:
- the recommended line appearing on the track for you to follow
- the difficulty of you opponent
- automatic/manual gear change
- whether ABS and traction control are turned on and many more

The only downside (which is a massive downside) is the fact that it gets so, so repetitive especially when you get later on a start having to do endurance races of up to 50 laps.
If you can get past this however, this game is an excellent buy.
