Advantages: The songs, they suit the game so well

Disadvantages: If you hate the band the game may be a long slog.

The monsters of rock team up with Guitar Hero for this release, and for those of you that played the last version of guitar hero's tie in with a major US band, don't panic this is miles better than the terrible Aerosmith release.

I am not a Metallica fan, I like a handful of their songs and that's about it, but the style of their music fits the game perfectly. I would go as far to say that this is a far more enjoyable game than Guitar Hero World Tour is, as the songs just suit it better.

There are some real classic to be played on this game, Enter Sandman, nothing else Matters, One, Master of Puppets and the list goes on and on. As well as songs from other bands.

In my opinion this is the hardest guitar hero game yet, the majority of the songs are long, they fast rhythm changes and even singing can be a challenge, but it's worth it.

For fans of the band this game is a must, for fans of Guitar Hero this game is a must, I can't see who wouldn't enjoy this game.

Summary: Great game, perfect band choice.
