Advantages: Great for parties, excellent fun

Disadvantages: getting tied in knots trying to get maximum points, needs more songs

I love to sing and I love Karaoke! Just a big show off really...so imagine my delight when we got this game plus the two microphones (wireless I might add) free with our new xbox 360!! My fiance on the other hand..not so impressed!! Lol.

As soon as I got home the console went on, the microphones were synchronised and you couldnt get me off it!!! Even my fiance had a go after he saw how much fun I was having singing and giggle away at myslef. The microphones flash in time to the beat and you can also tap them to sound like percussion instruments. It is a good giggle and good fun when you have like minded karaoke queens (or kings) round for a get together (alcohol can improve your performance immensely) :o)

The thing I like about this game is the fact that it scores you on your singing technique such as pitch and vebrato and yuo get extra points for this. Also the acheivements are fairly easy I had unlocked about five within the first three songs I sang. The things I don't like about it are the moves it asks you to do during your performance. Its not a terrible idea but your find yourself trying to read the words, do the moves tap the mic and get all th etechniques and you end up looking like a demented chicken...wait...that's actually quite fun!!! Hehe.

Overall i would say this is a good game whether you're a good singer or just like to grab the mic and gurgle some resemblance to a song we might know it is worth it just for a laugh. Great at parties but not so good by yourself unless you're practising for the x factor.

Summary: Overall a good game for young and old a like
