The objective of the game is to lead your team through the regular season and culminating in a visit to the Superbowl. You will get to make trades and also manage your team between games but the real challenge comes in leading your team on the pitch. The big plays are still the most fun and for these the passing plays are the best although there is still something very satisfying about breaking a big running play all the way to the end zone.

Madden NFL is one of the best series of sporting games out there and each year an updated version is released on the gaming population, I would like to say every year is an improvement but that has not always been the case. There are some nice additions to the 07 version however there are also a couple of annoying things that stop the game being a true great.
