Advantages: Good graphics, nice gameplay

Disadvantages: Lacking in content

The Darkness is an Xbox 360 game adpated to the American comic book, suprisingly with the same name.

firstly, this game is from the 1st person shooter genre, You start off in the prison and soon end up in the city, all you do is basically use a variety of hand guns and combined with the "darkness" power you are cursed with, you destroy enemies.

What i like about it is the realism about this game, you have to shoot out light sources to make him keep his powers . The gameplay is simple enough and you get to play around with a handful of Darkness abilities.

The graphics are amazing and looks very real. The audio is alos very good and compliments the video game exactly giving it a good, scare and creppy feeling to it.

However, the game ends quick and even the use of multiplayer mode wont keep it "alone in the darkness". It seriously lacks content and i would advise renting it instead of buying it.

However, it is a good game overall but is overshadowed by other games in the same genre.

Summary: Nice dark game but it is easily finished and not enough to satisfy the needs of some gamers
