This game was heavily promoted by THQ and was one of the first Xbox 360 games. It wasnt worth it.
Many of us saw the game being advertised and went and bought it, but then it was put in the console, and was looked at on the screen.
What a load of rubbish. Its a tactical army game, which is best played multiplayer. In one mode, you take over headquarters of your opponents, by standing by the HQ, and battling off the opponents with your tanks, weapons and army squad.
Some of the voices are farmiliar! Robert Patrick, from Terminator and the X Files is one of the most farmiliar. But once youve played a game like Call of Duty, Medal of Honor or even Black, you cant go to a game like this. Its not in the same genre, obviously, but is set on the same subject, and it doesnt live upto expectations set by other games.
It could be a winner with people who like Command and Conquer, or other tactical games like that, but personally, I didnt see anything in this game once played.
Combining intense squad-based combat and easy to use strategic gameplay elements, The Outfit takes players behind enemy lines, battling the Nazi War Machine through a variety of combat missions. Choose from three playable squad leader personalities - each with their own skills and abilities and lead two squads of battle-forged soldiers on missions ranging from reconnaissance and rescue to search and destroy. As you complete missions, you'll gain action points that can be used to upgrade your arsenal, acquire tanks and other vehicles, build machinegun nests and anti-tank emplacements or call for air or artillery strikes. Experience the cinematic intensity of WWII combat through 12 epic single-player missions or go online for a variety of multiplayer modes, including co-op.
