Advantages: Its TNA, its not WWE, Sting is here - WOOOOOO

Disadvantages: Clumsy controls, lacking career mode, no online play due to no community

TNA Impact was a game I had been looking forward to for a long long time, the first time I played it I enjoyed the novelty of going some non WWE wrestlers, been a long time since we have had the chance to go the likes of Sting etc and not had the chance to play as some of the better wrestlers on the scene today such as Styles & Joe.

After the initial novelty wore off I found the game severely lacking in a lot of areas. The Ultimate X match was sadly disappointing and no real skill is involved. The B button seems to be used for too many things leaving it a clumsy control system. The most annoying thing was the so called "career" mode whereby you can only do a career as a created wrestler *Suicide* standard career mode from about 10 years ago with no real customisation of your character. Also would have liked to have had the option to carry out a career with Angle, Sting, Sabin etc rather than having all these wrestlers just for the exhibition system.

Also for all you achievement hunters there is about 700 points of easy going others tend to rely on Xbox live and it is almost impossible to get a game of this online due to folk going for the new SVR game no doubt.

I'm a huge fan of TNA, i dislike WWE but Impact 2 will need to be a total overhaul before it can compete with the dominant brand.

Summary: Good for something different and easy achievement points, after novelty wears off pretty worthless.
