Tomb Raider games has been one of the pillars of gaming up there with Sonic and Mario. Lara Croft herself is an iconic character the dream of many young boys fantasys, however does she fulfill the 360 fan boy's dream??
Well yes she actually does, this is the true next gen Tomb Raider game unlike Legend and Angel of Darkness which was are very poor next GEN games.
The game itself has far better controls, a lot smoother for the new player or the experienced. The camera angles have now been fixed, and this means no more annoying getting killed by unseen creatures. I must admit if you played the very first Tomb Raider back on the PS1 you do get the same feeling of "wow Lara is back". It's the usual stuff searching for the Hammer of Thor (yes she is always searching never plans to settle down!), this will take her around the world fighting spiders, bats, bad guys and a nice mix of mythical monsters.

No it's not better than the very first one, but then that was ground breaking programming from EIDOS and I don't think that will ever be beaten, but its damn close to being the best Tomb Raider yet. I really recommend you pick up this game, please don't try the earlier two releases first, you may be put off Lara for the rest of your life!!
