Advantages: Smooth gameplay, great roster and fightstyles.

Disadvantages: Not a fan of the submission system but it's still useable.

This was a title i was very much looking forward to. The last UFC game i played was the one on my beloved old Dreamcast, which although wasn't the best it was something different from Smackdown wrestling games and standard beat em ups.

This game is like a nice cross between Fightnight and SVR games. Wearing down your opponent helps in the long run but much like Fightnight if they let their guard down *WHACK* it is over! Button bashers may not have much joy with this game as tactics play more of a role and you need to probe and look for openings for punches/kicks and takedowns. The rosters are nice and again much like Fight Night we have several weight divisions and fighting styles to cater to your playstyle.

The gameplay is smooth and graphics are top notch and to make things better i picked it up in my local Morrissons for £24 and similar deals are available in other stores so you're not shelling out 40 quid.

Summary: Well worth it especially now it's going cheap most places.
