I cant explain how excited I was to get this 'game' at the end of 2011, ready to start the new year on a new work out regime. It looked great in the reviews and the magic of the Kinect made the whole experience of the last game made it seem futuristic and exciting! I was not disappointed. It firstly takes your height, weight, gender and age so it can work out your BMI and how many calories you specifically would lose doing the various exercises/games. You can choose where you want to begin, either specific regimes for your arms, legs, butt etc, or martial art boxercise, or maybe dance routines or even a bootcamp (a new feature on this version).
