Advantages: good story

Disadvantages: none

Yet another World War 2 first person shooter game, Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30 is similar to most other games in this genre like the Call of Duty or Medal of Honour game series. The game is based on a true story and the mission at Albany and is pretty historical accurate. The game was released in March 2005.

Gameplay

You play as Sergeant Matthew Baker a paratrooper in the 502nd Parachute Infantry Regiment, you are the leader of a small four man squad known as Fox Company. You can give the company basic commands to help you throughout the game but otherwise they are controlled by the AI.

The game is set over a few days and you have to complete several different missions each with different objectives, some optional and some that must be done to complete the levels.

There is a large selection of weapons from the time that you can use each with there own advantages and the graphics and controls are pretty good.

Overall

A good game with plenty of missions and a good story that has been well written, the objectives are good and the game is fun to play and worth completing.

Summary: fun game to play
