Advantages: Good horror game

Disadvantages: Nothing Impressive

Constantine is an action adventure third person shooter game for the XBOX, Playstation 2 and Microsoft Windows. The game was developed by Bits Studios and SCI Games. It was published by THQ and Warner Bros Digital Distribution. The game is mainly based on the movie Constantine. The game was released in North America on February 15, 2005. The main character of the game is John Constantine. He learns that powerful demons are somehow crossing into the living world on Earth. He is then sent by his associate called Beeman to investigate the problem. The game starts as John is called in to exorcise a demon from the body of a woman in a hotel. After the woman is cured, Beeman explains to John about the weakened line between Hell and Earth. John then steps into a puddle in the corner of the room, utters an incantation and finds himself in Hell. The gameplay is action packed. The player can use weapons as well as spells to fight the demons. The levels have different types of boss monsters. The player can cast spells which can cause lightning storms or create swarms of flies which attack the demons. The player has to press certain keys in a sequence within a given time period to create a spell and make it effective. Overall, the game is good but it is not great.

Summary: Constantine is a good game for those who have plenty of time to spend.
