Halo 2 is one of the greatest games ever and I played it loads and loads everyday over Xbox Live. It features a good campaign with a few annoying levels, but the rest are exciting. The game is very simplistic and ever so fun! It is a typical first-person shooter as you go through many levels fighting against aliens in a good storyline. The story is quite complex and hard to get a grip of, but it is a very revealing and good plot. The basic story is that there is a Halo ring that the covenant (a bunch of aliens) believe brings them on a great journey if they fire it, however it would destroy the earth and mankind if fired. So basically, you have to get onto the ... Read the complete review

I remember that day well. After standing in my first 30 minute line up for a video game and 80 bucks later, I was finally able to get my Limited Edition copy of Halo 2. Was it worth it? You better believe it was! The special Limited Edition has a bonus DVD with some well done behind the scene information, developer stories, bonus art, and much more. The game originally comes in a cool looking silver coloured plastic case and not the standard green DVD one most Xbox games come in so be sure to look out for this if you buy it used. As for the game itself, if you are a fan of the first Halo you need to get part 2! Halo 2 begins right after the events in last ... Read the complete review

Those of you who have read my various art attacks, that is reviews, will probably not have me pegged as a console gamer, and in general Im not. However I first experienced the original Halo a few years ago and found it to be one of the most fun ways of sitting on your backside for hours on end wasting your life away. When due to a bit of a windfall I found myself with a bit of loose change in the bank, I decided to invest in an X-Box and reacquaint myself with Halo, this time in is sequel form Halo 2, and Im glad I did. For the uninitiated Halo is a first person shoot-em up. In non-gamer speak that means that you play through the eyes of your character, looking at the ... Read the complete review

My recent reviews have begun to sound like admissions of a secret guilt, listing all my vices and my unwitting dependence on them. Well this one will prove (if proof was needed) just how easily I become entrapped within the icy claws of addiction. You see I don’t even have an x-box, I don’t have any kind of console in fact, the closest I get to a games machine is my personal computer, which unfortunately is in the process of dying slowly. So by now you have either stopped reading or are completely confused as to where this review is going to end up. It may seem odd to most people how I can love an x-box game, when I have no personal access to the one method of ... Read the complete review

Halo 2 is an original Xbox game, but it can also be played on the Xbox 360. In this segment of the trilogy Spartan 117 (Master Chief) must seek out and destroy High Charity. With the human military scattered Master Chief must work alone most of the time, although sometimes there are marines to help out. On some levels you play as Arbiter rather than Master Chief, who is waging war against the heretics. The game allows for up to 4 players, and you can play over Xbox live where you can join clans, customise your armour and play against people from all over the world. There are more weapons and vehicles for Master Chief to use than there were in ... Read the complete review
