Midtown Madness 3 (MM3) is as one would suspect the third in the 'Midtown Madness' series, of which made and stayed their way onto the PC. Not being familiar with the previous two makes it difficult to make distinctions or similarities between them, but if they're as bad as this steaming mountain of faeces then I'm happy to be blissfully ignorant. From the get-go MM3 is a bastard child of Metropolis Street Racer, Crazy Taxi and to some extent Driver, but with out the innovation, fun or intensity of the above three. Madness is right. I realise that microsoft werren't exactly aiming at the serious gamer market with this one, but I do feel a little cheated all the same. The handling and physics in this game are utterly insane! Sorry, Ifeel I ought to explain myself a little, without getting carried away. Midtown madness is a driving game for the xbox. It has various cars and you can choose to drive in one of two cities - Washington or Paris. Midtown Madness 3 for Xbox was a good racing game at the time as it allowed the user to ride around in different cars. This is the last installment to the Midtown Madness series of games released, with the first and second game released on PC (as far as i know). I remember playing the first Midtown Madness on PC and thinking it was good, but the people who made it would have had to have made something much better to compeat with games at the time. The game allows you to drive around in different cars such as a mini, bus and Lotus's. There are only two levels/cities to drive in, Paris and Washington DC. Midtown Madness 3 is a good game but would say u would need to be a fan off the one's for pc to get the most out off it but thats if u dont have xbox live . now we are talking this game is so good on xbox live new car's and packs and they is allways server on and they are 30 or more sometimes u will get good fun out off this game and so must time off gameing . u can now get the game for £19.99 at games www.game.uk.com ...
