	Area 51 (Xbox) ... sure many people like the idea of a game about Area 51. Perhaps the most conspiracy infested place in the world, with lots of talk of aliens, new planets etc. But sadly, Midway Austin didn’t really do justice with the source material, as this is a generic FPS with awful voice acting, lousy music, uninspired multiplayer and a lack of content. Plus, there’s not much of a feel for conspiracies here, as the aliens are disappointing in my opinion. -(The Story)- The story follows Ethan Cole, who is an HAZMAT operative. He and his team get a call for help to clean out a viral outbreak in Area 51. Obviously, that means there are aliens in there. So they go in, but find that ... 	Unreal Championship 2 (Xbox) ... it’s controls need some getting used to, they do a good enough job. If you’re a fan (casual or die-hard) of the Unreal games then this is an obvious must have unless you’re really not keen on going behind the back. Even if you’re just looking for something unique and has lots of variety, then this is something you may want to track down. -(Where You Can Buy It)- Amazon for £15.98 or used and new from £3.44 Limited Edition also available from £4.75 -(Extra Info)- Published by Midway and developed by Epic Games. 	Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks (Xbox) ... that Midway finally appeared to have their Mortal Kombat franchise back upon the rails following some disastrous games, it was only a matter of time before Midway once again decided to try and elaborate upon the MK universe in a game out with the confines of the 1-on-1 Fighter, and given the somewhat impressive nature of the recent ‘Konquest’ adventure modes in their last 2 fighters, I wasn’t at all surprised when Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks was announced, and given that the series always had the potential to step out of the boundaries of the fighting game, I purchased the game as soon as it was released, hoping that the recent (somewhat undeserved) praise lavished...
